Traditional Psychotherapy
Traditional or “face-to-face” psychotherapy is when you pre-schedule an appointment and then you physically come into the office. This is how the majority of clients come for psychotherapy. Unfortunately, given the Coronavirus, I am not seeing any clients in the office. I will update this information when I am returning.
Online Psychotherapy
Are you unable to make the trip to the office? Feeling isolated or overwhelmed with your life? Looking for someone you can trust? Someone who will actually listen to you and help you to develop solutions to your problems?
It can be easy to feel isolated or helpless if you’re living in a remote area, or if you face challenges that make it hard to leave your home like during the Covid-19 pandemic. Remember that you’re not alone and that you have a caring professional here for you when you need.
When you choose Online Psychotherapy , you will meet with myself who has been specifically trained in providing web-based platforms; I’m currently offering online psychotherapy via an audiovisual program or by telephone. These are secure, protected methods just like being in an in-person session, only designed to be more convenient and accessible. This type of psychotherapy still requires a scheduled appointment time.
Online Psychotherapy services are perfect for those who desire to change, however, can’t make it into the office due to living in a remote community or preference for such services anywhere in Canada or perhaps are currently at home due to the Coronavirus.
