Are you experiencing any feelings of being down or symptoms of depression and anxiety? Are you experiencing symptoms that you’re not sure who to talk to about? Are you dealing with an addiction? You’ve come to the right place.
Getting assistance from a psychotherapist is a smart, proactive way to combat depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma and other challenges.
You are able to deal with your struggles in a safe, confidential and comfortable environment provided at my office that will help improve your emotional well being, your relationships, your professional experiences, and it might extend to other areas of your life.
Because I use evidence-based approaches only, you can be assured that my psychotherapy will allow you to discover real solutions to your challenges, and find that sense of empowerment that you have been looking for.
Traditional or “face-to-face” psychotherapy is when you pre-schedule an appointment and then you physically come into the office. This is how the majority of clients come for psychotherapy. Unfortunately, given the Coronavirus, I am not seeing any clients in the office. I will update this information when I am returning.
Are you unable to make the trip to the office? Feeling isolated or overwhelmed with your life? Looking for someone you can trust? Someone who will actually listen to you and help you to develop solutions to your problems?
It can be easy to feel isolated or helpless if you’re living in a remote area, or if you face challenges that make it hard to leave your home like during the Covid-19 pandemic. Remember that you’re not alone and that you have a caring professional here for you when you need.
When you choose Online Psychotherapy , you will meet with myself who has been specifically trained in providing web-based platforms; I’m currently offering online psychotherapy via an audiovisual program or by telephone. These are secure, protected methods just like being in an in-person session, only designed to be more convenient and accessible. This type of psychotherapy still requires a scheduled appointment time.
Online Psychotherapy services are perfect for those who desire to change, however, can’t make it into the office due to living in a remote community or preference for such services anywhere in Canada or perhaps are currently at home due to the Coronavirus.
